For me, allowing myself to feel helped me immensely in my journey with Anxiety and PDST. Before, I would always tell myself to try and maintain a calm demeanor. Or even if I could, to not even feel in silence. Silence externally, and silence internally was the way. At least, that is how it was before for me.
